Foolproof Chicken Wing Recipe, Buffalo-Style

This recipe makes 10 wings. Simply double, triple or quadruple this for easy recipe modification. First, grab a small mixing bowl and combine a half cup of all-purpose flour, a quarter tsp. of paprika, a quarter tsp. of cayenne pepper and a quarter tsp. of salt. Place 10 defrosted chicken wings in a large glass dish or bowl and toss in the flour mixture until evenly covered.

Next, pour your oil into a deep fryer; it should be deep enough to cover all your chicken wings entirely. Heat your oil in a deep fryer to 375ºF. Before dropping them in the fryer, make your wing sauce. Combine a quarter cup of butter, a quarter cup of hot sauce (we recommend Frank's Red Hot Original for the classic Buffalo sauce taste), a pinch of pepper and a pinch of garlic powder in a pan over low heat. Stir continuously until butter is melted and everything is combined. Remove from the stovetop and set aside.

Now it's time to fry your wings. Drop Tyson Uncooked Chicken Wings into hot oil for about 10 to 15 minutes or until they begin to brown. Carefully remove the chicken wings from the oil, toss to coat with prepared wing sauce and serve hot.

Want to serve a blue cheese dip to go with your Tyson chicken wings? In a small bowl, stir together one tbsp. cayenne pepper, one tbsp. chives (green onions), one tsp. lemon juice, two-thirds cup of mayonnaise, a quarter cup of crumbled blue cheese and an eighth tsp. of salt. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
