I know it always says to defrost thoroughly before cooking, but I forgot to take them out of the freezer.
Can I bung them in from frozen? Lower heat, longer cooking time?
If not, why not?

Questions & Replies
Super excited to try this! Should the butter be melted before putting in the oven, or placed on each piece of chicken?
I don’t have rosemary. But have the other ingredients. What are my options ?
I have 5 drums & 1 thigh with skin and bones can I still make this recipe?
I have a sauce already made from a store. Do I need to wait to put it on my chicken closer to the time it will be done?
I only have frozen chicken thighs that are not boneless should I adjust cooking times ?

So easy to make and it turned out great!! I make 8 bone in thighs and double the amounts and they come out juicy and delicious every time after about and hour of baking.
These turned out great!!! Another easy, yet very tasty recipe to add to my arsenal. Thank you.
We made this with 2 very large frozen boneless skinless chicken thighs. It took exactly 60 minutes. They turned out moist, tender, and delicious. We are adding this to our rotation and are already planning variations that we will keep just as simple! Easy and delicious!!
Thanks Rachel, Long weekend of homework, am trying it now! Aimee
What if I were to use more than the advised 3 pieces of frozen chicken thighs? Would I have to leave it in the oven longer?
