  • 2 Stalks Celery sliced
  • 2 Medium Carrots sliced
  • 2 Cups Button Mushrooms quartered
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves pressed/minced
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cooked Chicken
  • 15 oz Italian Tomato-Basil Sauce 1 can
  • 7 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Frozen Corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 Cup Chopped Green Beans fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley to garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
