meet your basic needs while planning for future goals. We offer case management, individualized planning, monthly bill paying, budget review and goal setting. Who can receive services?

CFC Financial Management Program
Description:
This program provides Representative Payee services for social security benefitus for individuals under the guidelines of the Social Security Administration.. Services are available by referral from Monroe County Adult Protective clients age 18 or over in need of case management, Representative Payee or guardianship services, and to Mental Health clients being served by a local mental health center and identified as needing a Representative Payee. Services may be provided to other adults on a private fee-for-service basis.
