To play downloaded songs without using mobile data:
- Download your songs in Best Available quality.
- Turn on Stream only on Wi-Fi to prevent streaming while on a cellular network.
- Select Play downloads first in settings to play the downloaded version of a song instead of trying to stream it.

Quickly access your recent downloads by opening Recents from the Amazon Music menu. Select the Recently Downloaded Songs list.
Helpful Tips:
- Downloaded Amazon Music Unlimited and All-Access Playlist songs are only accessible within the Amazon Music app.
- It is not possible to export songs for use on other apps and devices.
- You can't copy downloaded Amazon Music Unlimited and All-Access Playlist songs onto CDs or other external storage.
- Download your songs in Best Available quality.
- Select Play downloads first in settings to play the downloaded version of a song instead of trying to stream it.
- If you previously downloaded music in Standard quality, download your music again in HD, Ultra HD, or Spatial Audio to listen offline in these formats.
- High-quality audio files are larger and take up more space on your device.

To stream HD and Ultra HD music with Amazon Music Unlimited, you need a strong Internet connection. To troubleshoot streaming issues:
- Confirm that your device supports 16-bit/44.1kHz and higher playback.
- If your device isn’t capable of HD and Ultra HD playback, use an external DAC that supports processing a bit depth of 16-bit and a sample rate of at least 44.1 kHz.
- Open the Amazon Music app to check the audio quality of the song you’re playing. HD or Ultra HD badging displays on the Now Playing page when the song is available at that quality.
- Spatial Audio is only available on Android and iOS, or on select smart speakers, such as the Echo Studio, Sony SRS-RA3000, and Sony SRS-RA5000.
