How to get more base tokens after completing all bases

In Spiderman Remastered (PC), you’ll be going to need different Tokens which will be your resources that will be used to craft different suits that you unlock after reaching a certain level or completing a certain story mission.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get Base Tokens in Spiderman Remastered (PC).

Base Tokens

You’ll get Base Tokens for clearing out the base of the enemies that are spread throughout New York City. The easier way to get the Base Tokens is to stick to the main story and complete the objectives. You’ll automatically get Base Tokens from various missions in which you clear out the base with the enemies. You can get up to 3x Base Tokens if you complete the challenges while clearing out the base. If you don’t complete the challenges then you’ll only get 1x Base Token which is not worth the time because clearing the enemy bases takes a good amount of time.

The other way is to complete the side missions in which you have to clear the area from the foes. Defeating all of the enemies will grant you Base Tokens.

In order to find the Tokens easily, go to the Surveillance Towers and reveal all of the activities to see all kinds of Tokens that you get in that area. If you don’t see the Base Token icon which is the Red Crown, it means that you haven’t progressed far in the story. So, start completing the main missions and just stick to the main objectives and you’ll get more tokens and by defeating the enemies, you’ll also get Crime Tokens.

Both of the games, Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet do not have any option to delete the save file data which might confuse some players on how to replay the whole game from scratch because there are different reasons to replay the game. Some players want to select a different starter in the game or some want to play in a different order so, players will have to play the whole game from the start.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to start a new game in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet.

Starting A New Game

Most of the story mode and open-world games have the option to reset the game by choosing the option of starting a New Game or deleting the previous save files but if you check the options and menus of Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, you will not find such options. However, there are a couple of methods that you can do to start a new game from scratch and play the game the way you like.

There are two methods that you can follow to start a new game on Nintendo Switch and both of them are given down below.

Deleting Save Files

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet do not have the option to delete the saved files of the game. However, you can delete the save files of Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet manually from inside the Nintendo Switch Settings. To delete the Save Files of Pokemon Scarlet or Violet, follow the following steps.

• Go to the Home Screen or Main Menu of Nintendo Switch. Close the Game if the game is running before moving on to the next steps.
• Go to the System Settings.
• Come down in the System Settings and you need to select the setting named “Data Management”.
• Come all the way down in Data Management settings and you will see an option of “Delete Save Data”.
• Select the Delete Save Data option and you need to select the Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet game, whichever you have, and then select the first option to delete the Save Data for the first profile of the game.
• If you select the second option saying “Delete All Save Data for this Software” then all the saved data for each profile will be permanently deleted.

After deleting the Save Files, when you start the game, you will be able to start the whole game from the scratch.

Create a New Profile

If you don’t want to erase all of your progress in the game then you can do a simple method as well. You can create a new profile for the game to start a new game and all of your save files for the game will remain safe. In order to create a profile for Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet, you just need to press the + button on the game application and you will get to create a new profile.

Creating the new profile and then launching the game with that new profile will launch a new game and you will be able to play it from scratch without losing your progress in the main profile.

Players who have been playing Pokemon games for many time will have an idea about the nature of the Pokemon and the ninth generation Pokemon games (Scarlet and Violet) also have the nature mechanic. Every Pokemon has different nature and their growth and stats are dependent on nature so if the players want to change the base stats then they would have to change the Nature which can be done by using the specific Mints.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how you can change the Nature of Pokemon using Mints in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Nature of Pokemon

Every Pokemon in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet is different in Nature and their Growth and Stats are dependent on nature as well. Every Nature has a boosted stat as well as a weakened stat that will influence the growth of the Pokemon. There are 25 different Natures in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet and every time players catch a Pokemon, it would be of a random Nature. Players can see the Nature of the Pokemon by opening the main menu and then selecting the Pokemon and going into its Summary. Then change the tabs to “Memories” to see the Nature typewritten in the first sentence.

If you look closely at the graph in the Moves and Stats tab, you’ll see an upward arrow which indicates the buff according to nature, and a downward arrow which indicates the nerf according to nature. All the Nature has different buff and nerf so changing the nature of the Pokemon will also change the Buff and Nerf in the stats.

Mints

Players who want to build the stats of the Pokemon according to their preference will have to change the nature of the Pokemon which can be done by using the specific Mints. Although the Mint does not completely change the Nature of the Pokemon, it only changes the base stats of the Pokemon and gives the buff and nerf as the other nature of which the mint is used. As there are 25 Natures, there are also 25 different Mints and players can use the specific Mint according to the base stats that they want for their Pokemon.

However, players will not be able to change the base stats of the Pokemon from the start. They will have to progress in the story of the game and after completing the requirement for Mints, they will be available at the Pharmacy. The players will have to progress in the Victory Road Path and obtain 6 Gym Leader Badges. The players can obtain random badges and once they have 6 badges, they will be able to get the Mints from the Pharmacy shop in different areas.

The Pharmacy shops are in different towns and cities, and one of the nearest Pharmacies that players can find after getting 6 Gym Leader Badges is in the Montenevera. Fly to Montenevera and you will find a shop with green boards at the start of the city. Go inside the Chansey Supply Shop and if you go down in the list, you will start seeing all kinds of Mints that can be used to change the base stats. The price of all the Mints is listed as 20,000 Poke Coins. You can buy the Mints that you want from the shop and then you would be able to change the base stats of the Pokemon.

Changing Nature

To change the base stats of the Pokemon, all you have to do is buy the Mint that has a base stat of another nature, and then you need to use the Mint and give it to the Pokemon of your choice. To do that, just open the bag, go to the other items and you will see the Mint in the list. Select and choose to use it and then select the Pokemon from the list.

After using the Mint, open the summary of that Pokemon and you will see that the Buff and the Nerf in the stats will be changed and now your Pokemon will grow similarly to the nature of those stats.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet have different types of items in the game that players can get by exploring or progressing through the game. The items in the game are used for different purposes and one of the main purposes that are mostly used by items is for evolving the Pokemon. Since there are many types of Pokemon they all require specific items to evolve into a new shape. There are a couple of items that players can find in the game that can be used to evolve specific Pokemon in the game.

In this guide, we’ll tell you where to find Cracked Pot and Chipped Pot in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

Cracked Pot and Chipped Pot Location

Players will find many unusual items in the game but not all of them are for sale or useless. They can be used specifically for evolving the Pokemon in the game. The couple of items that players will find unusual are the Pots. There are two different Pots that players can find in the game whether by exploring specific locations or by finding them at the Auction. All of the valuable items can be found at the Auction but they are all random so you will have to wait for the items to pop up at the auction to get them.

However, you can also find the Cracked Pot and the Chipped Pot at their own spawn location on the map. The location for both of these items is given down below.

Cracked Pot Location

The Cracked Pot can be found in the Northwest area of Paldea after crossing the Casseroya Lake. You need to go to the middle of the sand and muddy area where you will also see the Green Shrine Gate. Don’t go on the pathway to the Shrine but go up the ridge on the left side and you will see a shining Poke Ball under a tree. You need to pick up the shining Poke Ball and you will get the Cracked Pot in your Inventory.

Chipped Pot

The Chipped Pot can be found in the West part of Paldea near the Porto Marinda. If you follow the road to the Porto Marinda place, you need to go to the left side towards a couple of trees and you will find the Chipped Pot under one of the trees at the end. You will see a Shining Poke Ball under the tree and by picking up the Shining Poke Ball, the Chipped Pot will be added to your inventory.

The description of both of these Pots will say that it is used to evolve a specific species of Pokemon and if you have caught those Pokemon then you can use the Pots on them to evolve them into a new shape. These Pots are used to evolve the following Pokemon.
