Half a day but recommend going in the evening so you can stay for the light up ceremony at 9pm

We found that one day was sufficient. You can explore several exhibits and walk the Presidential Trail in a day no problem.
Would recommend visiting Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park and / or the Badlands while in the area if you have more time.

Depends on what you like to do, but I feel you can take it all in with a visit of 2 to 4 hours. Longer if you really want to leave no stone unturned.

1-1/2. We spent the evening at Mount Rushmore for the evening program. Beautiful. And then went the next day and took our time on the trails and such. You could do it all in one day but it would make for a very long day.

I believe that a couple of hours will be enough to see everything at the monument, if you want to explore some of the hiking trails you will want to add time for that. We found the road to and from the monument had some great stops and was worth taking the time.

We were there about half a day and want d to go back that night for the lighting but didn’t have time - be sure to rent the wands - it gives great info on them for a self guided tour

A morning is enough for a visit. Go back for the lighting ceremony. There are so many other things to do in the area that you won’t have trouble filling in the time between.

Mt. Rushmore is easily done in half a day. We went late in the day and were able to see everything, have dinner and ice cream there and then stay for the night time event.

At Mount Rushmore itself, a couple of hours is plenty. But there are many things to do in the Black Hills that could keep you busy and entertained for several days. The Mammoth Site in Hot Springs is very interesting. Lead, Deadwood, lakes, wildlife, hiking, Spearfish Canyon, etc., etc.

That’s difficult to answer. How much do you want to get into the making of this monument? They have lunch facilities and parking, easily 4 hours or more.

We went to Mount Rushmore in early afternoon, after the scenic drive on Needles Hwy. went down to Keystone for dinner and shopping and back to Mount Rushmore for the lighting program. Next day went to Crazy Horse in early afternoon, watched two programs plus the history of Crazy Horse Memorial , got a return pass and went back for the Laser light show. Great two days

You can see Rushmore easily in a day. On our trip we saw both Rushmore and Crazy Horse in one day.

One day is enough for Rushmore itself. You will probably need 3=4 days to hit the other sites. You have Deadwood Jewel Cave. and many others sites you probably will want to see.

A few hours is all you need. We spent part of the morning there and return at light to see Mt. Rushmore lit up.

Although it’s a great view and walk, you don’t need days to see Mt. Rushmore. A few hours, depending on how much time you spend with the exhibits, is fine.
