I have had this problem for a while and need a solution to get other issues fixed, i have tried 1. Press the Windows and Q keys together
a. net stop winmgmt - stops the WMI Service
Respond in the affirmative to the warning message about stopping the Security Center and IP Helper
b. winmgmt /resetrepository - this will report the WMI repository has been reset)
c. net start winmgmt - it may report the WMI Service is already started - that's okay
d. exit - closes the Command Prompt Window
and some other things to no avail, if you need any information please ask

Hello Can you please try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command and see if it fixes the issue? Also, the complete command is MSINFO32. You can try running this command in the Cortana search box, in the Run command box (Windows +
R), or in the CMD window itself. Feel free to report back for any further assistance. Cheers!!
