Sorry, we couldn T confirm its you PayPal Reddit

I created a PayPal account in 2008 but I never used it. This week I successfully changed my password (Forgot password, got email with confirmation code, created a new password, got email confirming the password change).

Then I wanted to login and I got the stupidest, most user unfriendly message that I have ever seen: "We're sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you" with absolutely no explanation or instructions other than "Contact us" and no possible way of contacting them other than a foreign number - why no email? I have to log in before I can contact them online? Wow, such genius, much smart!

After I read a post here I followed the advice to clear the browser cache and wait 48 hours for the message to go away. I just tried to log in again, this time I got the ReCaptcha, but after that still the same message.

Now, a few people said: "Just make another account with another email" - but no, I won't do that. I won't support a company that gives me such a terrible customer experience. Especially not after reading some horror stories on this sub.

NO THEY CANNOT ALWAYS RESOLVE IT. 

I had a Paypal payment of $550 sent to my account. No problem, I figured it would be faster than waiting for a paper check. Unfortunately, I also lost my wallet with my Paypal debit card in it. 7 TO 10 WORKING DAYS TO REPLACE IT give me a break. Ok, not a problem I can just use my Paypal balance to pay for things right?

I cannot access my money, Paypal tells me that they can't fix it right now but they are AWARE OF IT

this is all the money I have. I can' t put gas in my car or EVEN **bleep**ING EAT while PP screws around on a problem that is most likely in house engineered. They have always tried to hold onto money deposited them.

Hey everyone! Today when I tried to login into my PayPal Business account error pop-ups with the message ''Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you''. 

Now I'm in trouble because I'm waiting for my business money so I can transfer them to the bank and use them. 

Note - I'm new to PayPal and my money is on hold, also PayPal is destroying my startup which sucks. I didn't know they had this bad customer service. 

I can't call them because they are in the US, and I'm from EU, I'm expecting huge phone bills which I cannot pay. 

Any Ways to fix this?

paypal sucks so much i remember i used to get blocked from sending and receiving money for days at a time for no reason and with no communication fuck paypal
