Spider-Man when to do side missions

Hello There!
I'm on my NG+ Playthrough, and I thought his time I would play the Side Missions. Just wondering when the best time is to play them? Should I wait to after the main story or play them when they get unlocked?

Spider-Man when to do side missions

level 1

I'd say do 'em as they're unlocked. They're sometimes related to stuff that's going on in the story (the ESU students one, for example), so it makes sense to tackle them then. They also give you a nice break from the story mode!

level 1

I think the side missions are set up in a way that you can take them on anytime you want. There's only a few with a real connection to main story elements. So in terms of them effecting the immersion of the story they can be completed anytime.

Always.

These games are not designed to just play the story.

Suits have upgrades and mod slots to make Spidey more stronger or agile, depending on what style gameplay you want.

If you wanna take full advantage of that and see what neat abilities each suit and mods bring, side missions are a must. Otherwise, combat might get repetitive for you.

I read/heard that the game encourages you to focus on the story for a bit so that it allows more varied side activities to become available in the world. So, best not to worry about completing things early on.

Yep. And a major plus to that is you can apply unique suit abilities to any suit. For example, if there's one Spidey suit you like, but there's an ability you like on a different suit, you can take that ability and apply it to your favored suit.

They definitely made this game tailored to personal preference of the player, which feels nice.

Are side missions important in Spider

Within that world, Peter Parker can be the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man by accomplishing side missions across New York City. While some are pretty simple time wasters, others excel in providing more content to Marvel's Spider-Man with interesting characters and stories.

Can you still do side missions after beating Spider

Complete All Side Missions The numerous side missions will keep players entertained after beating the game. Take this time to complete them & receive extra XP.

Are side missions missable Spider

Audio recordings are the only currently "missable" part of Spider-Man. Listen to all audio logs before proceeding through the story to complete the collection as you can't backtrack through them.

Should I do side missions control?

While players can certainly choose to skip over this content, side quest powers like Evade, Shield, and Seize are incredibly useful as combat in Control gets tougher. Some side quests also reward players with Ability Points, to make powers stronger, or crafting materials necessary to upgrade Jesse's gun.
