Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews

Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great museum! We spent about 1.5 hours. The historical photographs are great, as are the minerals. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Don’t miss it if you visit Bisbee!

My husband and I are car nuts! So we loved this. But it is just a very short look at the cars and go. There was no one to talk to or anything but we did not at 7am in the morning as we were leaving town. The street is rather hidden.

There's a large pull off area with detailed signs and pictures. Make sure to read them to understand what you're looking at. The pit is HUGE!

Fun place! I had the Salut (non-beer option), which was tasty and refreshing. The brats were yummy and could be personalized with all sorts of condiments (including jalapeños and sauerkraut!). The vegetarian chili was excellent, as was the pretzel. Great place to hang out and visit with friends!

  • Ditto to other good reviews. My husband and I visited Bisbee over 4th of July, and Warren Ballpark was open and free to visitors. A group of locals played an 1860's style baseball game (which means no gloves) and announcer explained the baseball terms and rules used back then, which were also used in this game. They sang the national anthem and the seventh inning stretch. Just a fun, friendly, patriotic event to do on the 4th of July after the Bisbee 4th of July parade.

One critique - the concession line moved too slowly so I got out of it and we ate elsewhere. Have more people working concessions next time.

  • This is a great market. You can get a wide range of Arizona produce here from apples to dried beans. The Cafe Cultiva coffee is amazing. There is also hot food ready to eat and a lot of crafts, all set in a nice historic park.

Why is Bisbee Arizona famous?

Bisbee is now a tourist spot thanks to its old west charm and what the old west left behind. The explosive growth of the town around the turn of the century is thanks to the Copper Queen Mine where 8 billion pounds of copper were mined. Two former miners showed FOX 10 how it was done in the early days.

Why do people go to Bisbee?

This town's mining roots run deep, literally! One of the most popular attractions in Bisbee is the Queen Mine Tour, led by former employees of the mining company. The tours take hardhat-clad visitors 1,500 feet underground to see what it's like to work in the dark and dusty subterranean world.
