Unlicensed riders and/or unregistered bikes cannot be used on public land. Some of the few places where they can ride are commercial riding parks and circuits. Registered bikes can also be used at these facilities. Can dirt bikes ride on roads NSW?Dirt bikes are usually only ridden on private land for recreational purposes, rather than on public roads for commuting. Therefore many riders choose not to register their bikes, as there is no requirement to do so if the bike is only used on private property.
Can you ride dirt bikes in national parks NSW?The most obvious places to ride are on public lands such as State Forests and National Parks.

Where can you ride?. Can you ride dirt bikes on fire trails NSW?Vehicles, including trail bikes and 4WDs, are only permitted on roads, formed vehicle trails and fire trails. Creation of new tracks and bush bashing is not permitted.
