I just hate the Ki drain. Always have, always will. I wonder what SSBE Vegeta’s Super Soul would be. If it reduces drain at all, that’d be really nice. But I doubt it’ll do anything crazy.

Both SSGSS as well as SSGSS (Evolved) are still vastly subpar compared to SS3, SV2 or even PU on Saiyans.

Shame our version of it isn’t quite the same as the actual SSBE Vegeta. Final Blow and Final Explosion work differently.

This transformation requires 500 Ki to use and has only one stage. It changes the user's hair into a richer blue color than SSGSS and their eyes gain visible pupil and turn a dark blue. The aura is darker than SSGSS, has more sparkles, and the user is surrounded in a glowing blue outline effect. It add the same properties to any charged attack as any other Saiyan transformation, yet greatly reduces Ki gain from attacking or receiving damage. Like with SSGSS, the user's Ki is gradually drained, but at a much faster rate of one bar every 4 seconds. The transformation grants a 35% increase to all damage as well as a 10% decrease in damage received.

Usage Tips

For those seeking a substantial boost even higher than SSGSS, then this skill will be perfect for them. However, the increased speed in which Ki drains will make this harder to maintain for more than a few seconds. Refrain from using it until you are in a position to deal tons of damage.

The same methods of mitigating the Ki drainage from SSGSS can be applied, but at best they will only marginally slow it down.

Super Souls like "All right... Let's begin the experiment!" or "Time for a little nap!" in conjunction to Meditation can potentially stop the Ki drainage completely for as long as the buff lasts. However, in the former's case, it is only possible if at 75% or higher health. In the latter's case, it will leave you open for an opposing player to attack or use a stamina break against you.

They also show the capacity to replicate techniques just by seeing them once, as moves gained by their training with Broly are gained by copying the ones he uses, rather than him teaching them. They can also copy not just basic ki or strike skills but have been shown to copy unique and specialized skills like rare genetic mutations that grant time-skip or time stop, or specialized magic skills like the Shadow Dragons elemental magic, candy beam (Buuhan made it so all races can use it), etc.

How do you unlock Super Saiyan blue evolution?

To unlock the power, the player must train with Whis while using a character who is Level 90 or above. The player must max out their friendship with Whis.

How do you get SSBE in Xenoverse 2?

You have to already have SSB unlocked, and have Whis and Vegeta at max friendship (you can confirm this by looking in play data in the menu). Then just talk to Whis. The free update prior to the DLC drop is out.
