Starbucks Hong Kong unveils merchandise collections annually in celebration of the Lunar New Year, with this year being no different. The coffee giant has released one for the Year of the Tiger, with a total of 20 items featuring tumblers, mugs and bottles.
The products come in striking red and white tones to wish fans an auspicious new year, with accents of yellow for the tiger mascot and pastel blue. Notable pieces in the roundup involve the 12oz and 30oz Year of Tiger Mug, Year of Tiger snow globe and Year of Tiger coin bank, featuring a winking ceramic tiger holding a mini version of the festive Starbucks cup. The set also comes with other drinkware variations donning illustrations of playful tigers, offset against vibrant backgrounds of stars, sun and mandarin motifs. In addition, the Bearista Bear makes an appearance in a striped outfit while holding a giant mandarin.
The Year of the Tiger collection merchandise is now available at Starbucks’ Hong Kong and Macau locations. Take a look at the official photos above.
To mark the start of Lunar New Year, Starbucks stores in Asia are kicking off celebrations with a range of new drinkware, available while supplies last.
With 2022 being the Year of the Tiger, this year’s collection features brightly-colored designs with geometric patterns that put a new spin on the tiger’s signature stripes. The lineup is decorated in butter yellow, coral orange, cool blue and black, with a cute feline friend to bring a pop of fun to your day.
