Had my package overnighted and that was on the 14th or 15th and it’s the 20th and still haven’t got it, not very happy it’s a really expensive check that’s lost in the warehouse and unacceptable. Need better care of peoples packages.

How lucky am I to have an honest neighbor! My package that was over $200 was delivered to the wrong address. I was panicking and my neighbor saw me walking the neighborhood, going door to door because of the mistake the driver made.

Driver came to door. Did not knock or ring bell. Just left note and now i have to wait for another day. As i sat on couch right next to the door.Tried calling customer service and of course no person to be reached.
