It's not a cleaner, it's a "dressing", basically it's sunscreen for plastic. Goes on sparingly, excess immediately wiped off, which leaves you with a non-grease, matte finish. Also makes plastic look brand new. Show
That being said, I'm not sure how well it holds up to rain. As an interior product though, it's excellent. Keeps my interior plastics looking completely new.
