Pros:The place seemed clean when we checked in, was banged up on the wall and floors but i wasn't expecting perfection. The musty oder in our room was awful and the fact that the window opened to the ground level it was like being in a basement. The curtains had to be closed or anyone walking could see everything in our room. Not a place i would stay at again.

They gave me and my child a room where there had been water damage and the room smelt like mildew. Not to mention this hotel allows pets and a cat had sprayed with outa doubt in the same room she put us in.

This hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable beds, nice staff. The only complaint that i have is the coffee was terrible. I would recommend finding a different coffee brand.

The halls smelled like marijuana even through the air freshener. Room smells like mold. Ceiling had discoloration. But facility was very quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy.

Not a good choice!

Early check in issue before got there. Room had horrible horrible odor of mold. There were air purifiers in all hallways. Front desk man upset when asked for towels and toilet paper and for my room not to be touched. Holes in wall

Staff could be friendlier but overall a great comfy place to stay at. I was nervous because it’s so much cheaper than other hotels in the area, but honestly we’re going to make this our go to hotel when we come to KC!

Called in to notify of late check in. Claudia advise its ok to do so and that a room with 2 double beds with a recliner is assigned to us. When checked in, the had no recliner. The desk chair had stains all over the seat. The room across from ours were loud and fighting and door slamming. We had two small children with us and was afraid of our safety. We were tired from our day activity and didnt want to complain and risk ourselves. The next morning, the service lady was very rude and agitated with customers asking for things from the breakfast area because they were out. Customers were waiting. Her body language and demeanor was very rude. Then 15 til 9am, she and another grabbed everything from the fridge to put away in the back while customers were still trying to get breakfast, making waffles, having milk with their cereal bowls, wanting yogurt, and no coffee.
