He was born in room #1946 of the hospital when he was born, and died in room #1947 86 years later.

well, he had his 85th birthday in year 1946 and at the time of his death i.e in 1947 he was 86 years old

wheh he was born he was not a man, he is just a baby. when he died he was 86 in 1947. and 1946 must be the number of his house , room number of the hospital where he was born
