This happened to me recently, and I had an offer by the end of the next day.

You more than likely have an offer.

I think the original Amazon SDE offer is only technically valid for Seattle, so if they want to give you an offer in a non-HQ position they have to transfer the listing.

My application just got this status yesterday, and a new application with a different location appeared. Does this mean I'll get an offer? And if so how long after the change?

I also got the same thing, the old application says moved to a new position but there is a new application submitted yesterday. I figured I'd hear something today but it's been silent.

Mine says “moved to another job” yet to see what that mean

My Amazon university portal also updated to 'Moved to another job' 3 business days after my OA part 3. But I haven't had an interview (virtual or onsite) so far, unlike other similar posts I've seen. Is that normal?
