It is so thick and gloopy, I used it straight after the bath so my skin was warm and it applied very thickly, very sticky and the stickiness stayed with me all day until I washed it off. So I do think it will be good if you have hard skin on your feet. Or cracked lips, but honestly there is no place on my body I can think to use it. What a shame, I should have really done my homework. What I was after was something to help my crepey skin
