This is a very belated review to say how happy with care and attention at Waks. I have alopecia and I was feeling very overwhelmed by the whole experience of going to buy a wig/topper. By the time I got to the salon I was feeling very emotional. The lady who helped me (I didn’t get her name) was so professional and kind. She took the time to explain to me why a topper wasn’t suitable for me, and showed me some lovely wigs. She put me at ease and advised me on what wig, cut and colour suited me best. She really knew what I wanted better than I did. The wig I eventually chose was a lovely colour for me (again, she just knew what colour suited me best) and after cutting a fringe, it looked just like me. Unfortunately, as we’re in lockdown again I haven’t had the chance to wear it out socially. But I’m practising wearing it at home sometimes and every time my self-confidence grows. I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Waks Wigs for their range of wigs and more importantly their kind and caring manner.
