Best injectable peptides for anti aging

There are many effects of aging. As you get older, your body loses elasticity, strength, flexibility, and cognition. Peptide therapy can help with all the problems of aging. Peptides are amino acid sequences naturally occurring in the body. These peptides can decrease as we age. Aging Young Solutions uses peptide therapy to combat the signs of aging.

Aging Young Solutions offers cosmeceuticals to assist with fine lines and wrinkles, as well as other effects of aging on the skin. Peptide therapy is also great at combatting these issues. Some peptides used for anti-aging are:

NAD+

NAD+ is a critical coenzyme to produce energy and regulate key bodily functions. You can replenish your levels and do more of what you love with NAD+ injections. NAD+ has shown to promote DNA health and repair. Unfortunately, studies show that NAD+ levels decline significantly with age. Historically, the most effective way to boost NAD+ was through expensive infusions, as pills have shown to be less effective. At Aging Young Solutions, we offer this method of delivery, which is less expensive and more convenient than other treatments.

BPC-157

BPC-157 is a peptide that is a partial sequence of body protection compound that is derived from human gastric juice. BPC-157 heightens the healing of many different types of tissue, such as from tendons, muscles, and the nervous system. It can also increase blood flow back to injured sites, protect organs, prevent stomach ulcers, and heal skin burns. Overall, BPC-157 is a great option to help alleviate joint pain, old injuries, and those looking to improve joint mobility. If you are looking for a way to accelerate the healing process or improve athletic performance, BPC-157 offers many benefits.

SERMORELIN

Sermorelin is another powerful HGH peptide used to help augment growth hormone production. Just like Ipamorelin, Sermorelin is a growth hormone peptide, but it works differently in the body (stimulates GHRH instead of ghrelin) to accomplish the same thing – stimulating growth hormone release from the pituitary gland. Benefits include decreased body fat, increased endurance and strength, increased lean muscle mass, improved sleep, and improved sexual performance and libido.

GHK-Cu

At Aging Young Solutions, GHK-Cu is our number one requested collagen and esthetic peptide. GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper complex. The positive effects of this peptide has been evidenced in its anti-inflammatory ability to control oxidative damage that occurs after tissue injury. Our natural GHK-Cu concentrations decline with age, thus there is an increase in inflammation, cancerous activity, and tissue destruction. Several controlled facial studies confirmed the anti-aging, firming, and anti-wrinkle activity of GHK-Cu performed better than vitamin C and retinoic acid. A recent 12-week study reported significant improvement of skin laxity, clarity, and appearance. It reduced fine lines and the depths of wrinkles, and increased skin density and thickness compared to a placebo. It has also been found to strongly stimulate hair growth. The efficiency of synthetic analog of GHK-Cu was similar to that of 5% minoxidil.

Whether it’s maintaining the physical performance of an elite athlete, having the cognitive performance of a sharp 20-something in finance, or being able to prevent all lifestyle illnesses from happening, human perfection is what we seek.

We’re not quite there yet, but the best injectable peptides for anti-aging are the closest thing we have to a “Fountain Of Youth” in the Golden Age.

Coupled with a healthy diet, intelligent exercise and deep sleep, peptides can help us achieve exceptional levels of health and longevity.

So keep reading and you’ll see which injectable peptides for anti-aging can help you slow down the inevitable clock of old age!

What is Peptide Injection Therapy?

Peptide injection therapy can be defined as the injection of therapeutic peptides into your body subcutaneously (through your fat tissue), intramuscularly (through your muscle tissue), or intravenously (through your veins) for medical and/or aesthetic purposes.

These purposes include healing an injury/illness, improving your appearance, enhancing physical or mental performance, fully optimizing long-term health, and much more.

In 99% of cases, injections tend to be the best way to administer peptides due to their fickle metabolic nature:

“But almost none of these drug-peptides can be taken orally. Since peptides are an important part of food, the stomach and intestines harbor countless enzymes that can degrade them, meaning that most peptide-based medication do not survive the passage through the gastrointestinal tract.”

This effectively means that creams, nasal sprays, and oral formulations are not as useful with respect to their limited absorption and effectiveness in the body.

There are indeed exceptions such as the body composition peptide 5-Amino 1MQ, but they are just that: Exceptions to the rule.

Many of these peptides are naturally synthesized by our own bodies, while others are synthesized chemically in a laboratory.

Either way, the intent of peptide injection therapy is the same: To provide the body with sufficient amounts of a peptide such that one of two goals are achieved…

a) Replenish our internal production of a peptide that otherwise declines with age.

b) Provide our body with an optimal level of peptide that enhances one or more specific biological functions.

The common goals of peptide injection therapy include some of the following:

  • Improved body composition (i.e. more muscle, less fat)
  • Heightened cognitive function (i.e. more focus, memory, mental energy)
  • Better physical appearance (i.e. hair loss prevention, wrinkle reduction)
  • Enhanced sexual performance
  • Acceleration of injury recovery/healing for internal or external bodily problems
  • Stronger immunity against viruses and disease
  • Reduction of inflammation associated with conditions such as diabetes and Alzheimer’s
  • Balancing hormone production
  • Consistently restful and deep sleep

While peptides are not a short-term fix, it takes anywhere from a few weeks to a few months for the desired results to take effect depending on what your goals are.

And thanks to many of the characteristics inherent within peptides (low toxicity, excellent safety profile, high specificity, already present in our body and in the foods we eat, etc.), they are emerging as a viable alternative to conventional medical treatments.

It doesn’t help that peptides are being actively suppressed by the higher powers of medicine… but it’s a story for another day.

Can Peptides Reverse Aging?

Before we start talking about anti-aging peptide injections and which ones to take, let’s take a step back and talk about what “anti-aging” means.

Due to the term being used as a catch-all term to mean many multiple things, it logically makes sense there are multiple ways to define the term “anti-aging”:

“In the scientific community anti-aging research refers exclusively to slowing, preventing, or reversing the aging process.”

“In the medical and reputable business community, anti-aging medicine means the early detection, prevention, and treatment of age-related diseases.”

In the wider business community – which includes a great many fraudulent or frivolous ventures – anti-aging is a valuable brand and a demonstrated way to increase sales

“Broadly, and very charitably, we can look at these varied definitions of anti-aging as meaning ‘to look and feel younger in some way.'”

To a certain degree, I would argue there’s been a large shift towards anti-aging initiatives primarily focused on appearance:

“Anti-aging treatments are specifically designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin. These treatments are commonly performed on parts of the body that are most susceptible to the earliest signs of aging, such as the face, neck, and hands”

And this is where the confusion lies: Are we focused on the APPEARANCE of aging, the literal reversal of aging itself so we live longer, or the lifestyle diseases associated with older age?

Especially since addressing all three goals simultaneously would involve treating the many metabolic processes associated with aging, one of which is chronic inflammation.

Fortunately for us, the best injectable peptides for anti-aging can help us address all three goals.

There isn’t one single peptide that can do all three at the same time, nor will it be 100% effective at total prevention of appearance changes and disease.

But each one serves its own purpose in a unique way.

And as you’re about to see, when you combine them in a smart way that’s customized to your individual biochemistry and genetics, you can tackle anti-aging in a way never before thought possible.

Best Injectable Peptides for Anti-Aging and Skin Tightening

The best anti-aging peptide injections on the market have one important detail in common: They’ve been extensively studied for decades and the scientific literature available for each one is massive.

This is a sharp contrast to many fat loss peptides and nootropic peptides that only have animal studies and the anonymous testimonials of a few brave biohackers.

We have the data to prove their worth, so now it’s just a matter of getting them into mainstream awareness.

GHK-Cu

The copper peptide GHK-Cu has a long history since its discovery in human blood in the early 1970s by the scientist Loren Pickart, who is responsible for the majority of published studies studying this molecule.

It is a complex formed by the tripeptide “GHK” and copper, an essential mineral for human health and the development of connective tissue.

And as a naturally-occurring peptide, its production in the human body fades with time.

Not only is it a powerful antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties, but it also repairs damaged DNA and shows some level of immunity protection against bacteria and viruses.

One of GHK-Cu’s primary features is the acceleration of wound healing, primarily via the production of the protein collagen and the stimulation of new blood vessel growth.

These two mechanisms, on top of stimulating production of the protein elastin, are why GHK-Cu is also an effective skin care agent.

Numerous human and animal trials have found GHK-Cu can:

  • Lower the formation of wrinkles
  • Protect against ultraviolet (UV) radiation and damage
  • Repair skin wounds and scars
  • Improve skin elasticity, hydration and elasticity
  • Lower hyperpigmentation
  • Reverse hair loss

Here’s the final kicker: GHK-Cu is the ONLY peptide in this article that works best as a properly formulated topical cream.

(Later in the article I will show you the best place to buy GHK-Cu, bar none)

If your goal with anti-aging is specifically targeted towards your physical appearance, I would argue GHK-Cu is the only peptide you should be looking at.

CJC-1295

Before I talk about this anti-aging peptide, I need to give a very short background about human growth hormone (HGH).

Mostly because it is a core part of anti-aging medicine as a whole:

“Clinical studies have shown that low-dose growth hormone (GH) treatment for adults with GH deficiency changes the body composition by increasing muscle mass, decreasing fat mass, and increasing bone density and muscle strength.

It also improves cardiovascular parameters (i.e. decrease of LDL cholesterol) and affects the quality of life without significant side effects”

Just like GHK-Cu, natural HGH production decreases over time (a loss of roughly 14% every 10 years).

Scientists figured out eons ago that the brain-dead solution of simply injecting HGH is medically unviable for several reasons:

  • Shut down of the body’s natural production of HGH
  • Negatively affects your pituitary gland
  • Higher risk of insulin resistance
  • Extremely expensive
  • Only available as a controlled substance and prescribed for VERY specific medical conditions, especially those focused around lack of normal HGH production at very young ages

This leads us to the two types of anti-aging peptides that can help us stimulate the pathways leading to HGH production WITHOUT affecting our body’s natural means of producing and distributing HGH.

Growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH): Responsible for the frequency and timing of the body’s “pulses” that secret HGH through increasing production of HGH-releasing cells (somatotropes) and the amount of HGH released by the cells.

Growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP): Increases the size of the pulses by inhibiting somatostatin production to prevent inhibition of HGH release, and promotes the release of more GHRH.

Smart experiential-based doctors know that combining both a GHRP and a GHRH is the best way to maximize natural HGH production at all times.

Which brings us back to CJC-1295, a small fragment of naturally-occurring GHRH responsible for increasing HGH production.

You’ll normally see it labeled as including or not including a “drug affinity complex” (DAC) that gives the peptide a longer half-life in the body.

On top of the general positive health benefits of HGH described earlier, CJC-1295 can also:

  • Make your sleep deeper
  • Accelerate your body’s ability to heal wounds and injuries
  • Increase energy levels
  • Lower inflammation
  • Restore insulin sensitivity

If you’re looking to improve your body composition while optimizing metabolic health and heart health, CJC-1295 should be your choice and used alongside Ipamorelin.

Ipamorelin

Continuing the discussion of HGH, Ipamorelin is a GHRP that differs greatly from other molecules in its class (Hexarelin, GHRP-2, etc.).

It ONLY targets HGH production/release and does not elevate the production of other hormones such as cortisol and prolactin, both of which reduce the breakdown of fat tissue at high levels.

Ipamorelin also does not touch the hunger hormone ghrelin, meaning your level of hunger will be reduced… an absolute must if you are taking on a challenging intermittent fasting protocol such as Guaranteed Shredded.

This peptide shares many of the positive health benefits as CJC-1295 for obvious reasons, but other notable outcomes of Ipamorelin use include:

  • Better gut health
  • Favorable effects on cognitive health
  • Stronger bones
  • Accelerated fat loss
  • Decreased joint and muscle pain
  • Enhanced workout recovery

While Ipamorelin can be used alone as an excellent sleep-inducing and fat loss agent, I stand by my prior to recommendation to combine it with CJC-1295 for best results.

Epitalon

Epitalon is a derivative of Epithalamin, a naturally-produced peptide found in your pineal gland.

Discovered in the 1980s by Russian scientists and popularized by Dr. Vladmir Khavinson as a “bioregulator” to possibly prevent premature aging in Russia’s military men.

(NOTE: A peptide bioregulator is a peptide that can “communicate with their specific section of the DNA, activating genes for cellular regeneration” and can function as “a cellular mediator to regulate gene expression and protein synthesis”)

It primarily works by increasing production of an enzyme called telomerase, which allows our cells to produce protective parts of our DNA called telomeres… which themselves allow DNA to replicate and lead to the production of new cells.

Long story short, our body’s production of telomerase decreases over time and this results in shorter telomeres.

Consequently, this means cells will eventually be unable to divide and these diseased cells cannot be replaced… leading to our eventual death.

So with longer telomeres and higher telomerase production, the natural outcome should be life extension and by extension a lower biological age.

In several human and animal studies conducted by the Russians, Epitalon supplementation led to lower mortality and overall higher survival amongst the elderly and frail.

But even in healthy people, Epitalon can be used to improve the quality of your sleep by increasing the body’s natural production of the sleep hormone melatonin.

Other possible benefits include better cardiovascular health, improved carbohydrate metabolism, and lowering age-associated impairment of physical endurance.

If your goal of living a much longer life supersedes that of maintaining physical appearance, Epitalon is the anti-aging peptide injection you want to be taking.

Thymalin

Thymalin is a peptide spanning 9 amino acids that is naturally produced in your thymus gland.

Your thymus gland is responsible for regulating the body’s immunity by allowing it to differentiate between naturally-produced compounds and foreign substances entering your body.

But since this gland “ages” faster than every other organ in your body, the thymus gland gradually decreases in both size and its ability to maintain a robust immune system.

Although Thymalin was discovered in the 1970s by a French scientist, it was the Russian scientists in the 1980s who sought to use the peptide as a bioregulator to restore size and function to the thymus gland in older individuals.

(Because as it turns out, Thymalin production also lowers with age).

Thymalin primarily works through “T-cell differentiation and enhancement of T and NK cell actions” (Source), both of which are key parts of the body’s immune response.

While the role of this peptide as an immunity booster is crystal clear, the Russians also discovered Thymalin extends lifespan just like Epitalon does.

And when you combine the two peptides together, you get a much lower mortality rate compared to using either peptide alone.

Other benefits observed include lower incidences of respiratory and cardiovascular disease, excellent anti-inflammatory properties, and potential anti-tumor activity.

Thymalin is the peptide you want to use if you want to keep your immune system fully functioning at an older age, but for life extension purposes you’ll definitely want to use it alongside Epitalon.

Do Peptides Help Sagging Skin and Wrinkles?

Now that we’ve talked about the best injectable peptides for anti-aging, let’s move on to the injectable peptides for skin tightening.

Fundamentally, the goal of reducing wrinkle formation and sagging of skin is to increase the production of two proteins: Collagen and elastin.

Here’s what they are, in simple English:

“Collagen is a protein found naturally in our skin, especially in connective, fibrous and supportive tissue. Collagen is the protein that is found in the largest amount in the human body. 30% of the proteins in the human body are of the collagenic kind.”

“Elastin is a protein produced by fibroblasts that can create a network of elastic fibers (five times more stretchable than a rubber band of the same diameter). These elastin fibers are responsible for the elasticity of the skin… Elastin fibers account only for 5-10% of the total dermal fiber”

Both proteins are susceptible to lower production because of unhealthy lifestyle choices: Sleep deprivation, smoking, excess sugar consumption, weight gain, dehydrate, chronic exposure to sunlight, etc.

However, despite their similarities as important structural components of your skin, there are some important differences:

To date, many of the injectable peptides for skin tightening don’t do a whole lot.

That’s because the peptides being used don’t have a lot of studies conducted on human subjects and the results they achieve are negligible at best.

Which is why I personally recommend you stick with my earlier recommendation of GHK-Cu applied in a topical manner.

And without question, the best place to get ultra-pure GHK-Cu is from Aseir Custom.

At 3% GHK-Cu in each bottle, it is the highest concentration of active peptide you will get compared to any other offer in the marketplace.

The formulas for the cream and serum are free of preservatives, aluminum, parabens, gluten, and other toxic chemicals.

On top of that, none of the ingredients will further your skin’s aging process, dry your skin, or damage your skin in any way.

4.7/5 stars across 132 reviews over the past 2 years have solidified Aseir Custom as the leader for anti-aging peptides.
