A few weeks ago there were some eShop games on sale. I decided to buy some GB-GBC games, including the three LOZ. Completed Link's Awakening DX I started Oracle of Ages. At the moment I should be near the end of the game (just met Twinrova for the first time), and I know that through a password system I can alter the Oracle games's endings (and other things). But what is the best way to play these games? Play and complete one normally, get the password, start the other, insert the password asap, and play it altered? Play and complete one normally, get the password, start the other, play it and complete it normally, then insert the password and complete it altered and do the same thing with the first? Are the two normal endings so similar that I can play one game normally and the other altered without feeling as missing some unique part of the second game? Hope i was clear. (Limit the spoilers please) I always thought Ages was the better game, too. Seasons on the other hand feels a lot like it was supposed to be remake of the original Zelda, with almost all the bosses from Zelda 1 returning in Seasons. I beleive that was supposed to be. But either way. The best way playing both games? Start with either game, then write down the password and use it for the other game. After you've beaten the second game, you get a special password for the second one and afterwards a password for teh first game. Seasons -> Ages -> Use special Password
to start a new game with Ages -> Seasons That way, you can see all the differences. If you play Seasons first and play Ages with a password, you'll meet Rosa.

What order should I play the Oracle games in?All of the actual items you get from transferring a game are the same no matter which order you do it in, it's just the location of the secret keepers that changes.
Are the Oracle Zelda games good?Whether you play one or both, the Oracle games are fantastic; classic top-down Zelda adventures that embody the very best elements of the series.
Which is better Zelda Oracle of Ages or Seasons?Oracle of Ages is the better game, but not by much. It focuses more on puzzle-solving, whereas Seasons focuses more on action. What I would actually do, as the games connect for a true ending, is play the worse one first, then finish the adventure in the second, better game. I enjoyed OoA tons more than OoS.
Do I need to play both Oracle games? All you need to know is that they're different games and they're both great, so you should own them both. With Oracle of seasons and Ages there's a total of about 16 dungeons.
