I always love watching my anime through legal means. It's my way of giving back to the anime community that has provided me with countless amounts of stories. As much as I love my [insert sub group here], I will usually pick CR over them. Simply because one is legal and the other ,unfortunatly, isn't. Check out the entire list of anime that are being removed from Crunchyroll on March 31st as new titles are getting added to the catalogue Crunchyroll is back with a long list of anime that are scheduled for removal this 31st of March. Looking at the list, there are more than 50 anime titles that will be unavailable for streaming from the start of April. Here is the entire list of animes that are being removed from Crunchyroll this March 31st. If you’re wondering why they'll get removed, well, Crunchyroll has been following this for quite a few years now. The reason behind the removal is an expired licence mainly. Basically, Crunchyroll acquires a limited-time licence from the producers of the anime in order to stream on the site. We assume an expired licence is not renewed when the show has less popularity or has been around for a long time. Or, tons of new anime titles are heading to be added to the catalogue of Crunchyroll. There are no specific dates for the announcement for the removal of the shows as these are all of a sudden. Speaking of new animes in Crunchyroll, yes, there are a bunch of them arriving in April.
