          Located on the main floor, The Appalachian is a modern addition to the Blue Ridge Inn. This suite is the largest room in the Inn with large four-poster bed, sitting area with sleeper sofa, large luxurious master bathroom with walk-in shower and relaxing soaking tub.  This room can accommodate up to four guests with the king bed and queen sofa bed.

          This room is perfect for a weekend getaway in the mountains and is the only room in the house with a view of the Scenic Railway train and Main Street. Hawthorn is situated in the back of the house on the second floor. It has a king bed, wingback chairs and a nice size sitting area.

          The two-room Larkspur Suite, located on the second floor, is perfect for quests looking for a little extra space or needing to accommodate an additional guest.  Bathroom has a  walk-in shower.  The room has a queen bed in the bedroom. The connecting sitting room is the Beauchamp Library which has a cozy fireplace, chesterfield sofa, wingback chairs, hidden flat screen TV, antique books and lots of filtered sunlight. It’s a charming room with maps, history, art and literature that you’ll enjoy exploring. The library can accommodate one extra guest on a roll-away bed.

This 130 year old home has been elegantly restored into a boutique inn. Formerly known as the Kincaid House, the Blue Ridge Inn is one of the oldest residences in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Built in 1890, the three-story, bed and breakfast Victorian inn features 8 rooms, 3 suites, 12-foot ceilings, original hand-carved woodwork, and heart of pine floors. This elegantly restored and refurnished home is located in the center of town, within walking distance to most everything in the heart of Blue Ridge.

Accomodations

The Blue Ridge Inn is a 130 year old Victorian House elegantly restored, each room beautifully designed for your comfort and enjoyment. We’ve given each room at the Inn a name in accordance with the wild and beautiful natural world in our surrounds: Toccoa, Sycamore, Tallulah, Springer, Appalachian, Hawthorn, Larkspur and Rose. All of our rooms have a private bathroom, flat screen smart TV, Dohm white noise machines, bedside charging docks, shower amenities, hair dryer and plenty of charm.

This North Georgia Bed and Breakfast is just one block from the downtown antique shops and local restaurants. Across the street is the train depot for a day trip into the mountains on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Nestled in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, Blue Ridge offers a variety of nearby activities and recreation. Take a relaxing ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Train rides are scheduled almost daily through the summer and fall. Whitewater rafting, hiking, and tubing or kayaking on the Ocoee/Toccoa River is only 20 minutes away. Golf, fishing and boating are nearby.

A lovely stay, as always. At least, our third time there. Staff friendly and helpful, as always. Room spotlessly clean and welcoming. Homey feel all around. Special thanks for offering room service for breakfast during COVID. That accommodation is what let us come and feel comfortable. Nice, too, that for those who want, they could eat in the dining room, though distanced. Meeting new people around the table is always such an enjoyable part of staying at your B and B. Breakfast all three days was delicious. The spinach and ham quiche was exquisite! Highly recommended place to stay.
