Muichiro's located behind the Hokkaido Town before Slightly Weak Demons at starter Village.

<Level 15> 1st Quest: Finish Parkour (Mist Area).

To get 1st Skill, you must finish Mist Parkour (Mist Area).

<Level 35> 2nd Quest: Defeat Muichiro Tokito (2%).

To get 2nd Skill, you must defeat Muichiro Tokito (2%).

<Level 70> 3rd Quest: Defeat 6 Weak Demons, 8 Slightly Weak Demons and 10 Abnormal Demons.

To get 3rd Skill, you must defeat 6 Weak Demons, 8 Slightly Weak Demons and 10 Abnormal Demons.

<Level 170> 4th Quest: Defeat Yahaba, 5 Abnormal Mutated Demons and 10 Abnormal Demons.

To get 4th Skill, you must defeat Yahaba, 5 Abnormal Mutated Demons and 10 Abnormal Demons.

3rd Move: Scattering Mist Splash

The user releases a ring of mist, stunning and damaging any opponent in range.

The user uses the 3rd form and quickly follows it up with the 1st form to dash forward and strikes any opponent in range (block breaker).
