Needless to say I had to try.. epic win. All that was left was the head, feet and some feathers. Aug 23 2009 10:28PM 0 0 Posts: 2896 - Karma: 276 my science teacher (tree hugger) has a tape of his kids shooting a bird, and he was soooooo pissed at them and had them cut it up and eat it so it does not go to waste. So if i were you i would go get it and cook that fucker uo so you dont go to hell for killing an animal for no reason. just keep telling yourself you were hungery and in the mood for something different, and you chose to eat a bird. We felt really bad after that cuz american kestrels are cool and we dont like to kill protected birds or birds out of season but it was a really good shot. Pinwheeled right out of the tree. Aug 24 2009 12:02AM 0 0 Posts: 2760 - Karma: 19 and killing other innocent animals is alright? unless you're eating them of course Aug 24 2009 12:05AM 0 0 All times are Eastern (-4) How do you get rid of a blue jay?The best bet for how to get rid of blue jays is to give them space and a feeder of their own. Serve peanuts in a feeder or put sunflower seeds in a large hopper feeder in an isolated area. “I call blue jays 'beautiful bully birds' because they can empty a peanut feeder in less than an hour.
What does it mean if you kill a blue jay?In To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, the blue jay is a symbol for racism. One quote that shows this was said by Atticus, “Shoot all the blue jays you want, if you can hit 'em, but remember its a sin to kill a mockingbird.” In the book, the blue jays are used to represent blacks and the mockingly represents whites.
Can you shoot a blue jay in Texas? They cannot be hunted without a special permit issued through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). This is because some species may be common in one state but may be on the decline in another.
Can I shoot blue jays in California? It is illegal to transport, trap or kill native non-game adult birds like Blue Jays or Mockingbirds without a permit, even if they are harassing birds at nestboxes or feeders.
