Citizens Bank Park Game Day Experience

The Philadelphia Phillies are excited to welcome you to Citizens Bank Park for Postseason baseball. Below is some important information to enhance your game day:

Procedures & Protocols

Bag Policy

In an effort to expedite entry, guests are prohibited from bringing bags, including backpacks and drawstring bags, to the ballpark.

Only clutch purses (12" x 12" x 1"), fanny packs, medical bags, clear or solid tote bags and diaper bags will be permitted into Citizens Bank Park.

Medical bags, tote bags and diaper bags can be no larger than 16" x 16" x 8" and will be subject to inspection upon entry in accordance with Major League Baseball security regulations.

Guests may discard or return the prohibited items to their vehicle, as well as store them in a locker on Citizens Bank Way ($10 fee).

No Smoking

As a reminder, smoking is prohibited within Citizens Bank Park.

Inside Citizens Bank Park

Ballpark Access

• All gates will open two and half hours before scheduled first pitch.
• All tickets will have a specific gate listed, which will direct guests to the entrance closest to their seats.
• All parking for Phillies games at Citizens Bank Park will be cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay).
• Tailgating will be permitted in the following parking lots: A-H, M, & N. Tailgating is not permitted in parking lots West of Darien Street and North of Pattison Avenue. Tailgating lots will open five hours prior to the scheduled start time. Non-tailgating lots will open three hours prior to the scheduled start time.
• Please have your mobile parking pass loaded PRIOR to getting to the lot entrance. Show the pass to the parking attendant when asked.
• Please leave all bags in your vehicle. (Refer to bag policy above)
• BEFORE approaching the gates, please have your ticket barcode(s) ready on your phone.
• Please forward tickets to others in your group to help expedite entry. Please note, screenshots of your digital tickets will NOT be accepted for entry into Citizens Bank Park.

Concessions & Merchandise

• Concession and merchandise purchases will be cashless. Methods of payment include credit/debit cards and mobile payment (Apple Pay and Google Pay). Reverse ATMs will be available behind section 123 on the main concourse and inside the New Era Phillies team store for fans to convert cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere that major credit/debit cards are accepted.
