This achievement is for completing the quest The Book of the Dead. This quest entails collecting all 40 of the missing pages of the book of the dead and returning to Vulgrim. Below are the Youtube videos I used to collect them, I take no credit for the videos. Thanks to the guys at Game Front for the great videos.

Also, once you've collected all of the pages you'll get the 4 keys needed for the Death Tombs around the worlds. The locations for the Tombs are at the end of each video. Once you have opened the last tomb the achievement Abracadabra will also pop.

Don't be the guy who says 'I'll come back later for the pages.' Do it as you progress with the main quest. Much less irritating in the long run.

I had the same problem as AceCardJones; I had selected the dialog option with Vulgrim saying I had completed the book before selling the final chapter to him, and the achievement didn't pop.

Luckly I was paying attention, and when I didn't get the achievement, I quckly dashboarded, and reloaded the game. On my second go, I sold the pages to Vulgim, and then came back to him and told him I had completed the book, and the achievement popped no problem.

This achievement should probably be marked as buggy, and this should be added to your solution to warn others.

Is it even possible to go back to all areas? It seems like the Foundry is locked out after you beat it as you no longer have someone to throw you.

I'm not a big fan of video guides or having to play through the game reading a walkthrough the entire time. I much prefer to have a checklist of everything so I can mark off what I've found and go back and get the rest. So I made a Google Doc Spreadsheet of all the collectibles and their locations (including the relics). It's publicly viewable so you can make a copy for yourself.

I tried to make the lists in the order you would find them as you played through the game. I used many sources to put this spreadsheet together (there's a tab with them all). You may need other walkthroughs to help complete the tasks, this is just a spreadsheet for track purposes. The numbering of all items is consistent with the Games Radar guide which I found the most helpful.

I did not create the GamesRadar guide or any of the other guides listed in this spreadsheet. I just aggregated their content into this spreadsheet for tracking purposes.

Lostlight - After giving Vulgrim 30 Book of the Dead pages you can open the door on the left of the main path leading from the Tree of Life to the Crystal Spire to find this.
