I had to order a new debit card because my chip wouldn’t work. Usually chime cards come in the infamous green envelope but I got something from Fiserv- Output Solutions today from UPS according to the email UPS sent. (I’m not home to see). So I googled and it said that Fiserve is a card service used by banks. Anyone gotten their Chime card recently from UPS?

Mine came in the big brown usps envelopes or whatever color they are and the green envelope is inside.

I literally just got a replacement Saturday and it came in the green envelope. Did you request it expedited? I know it’ll ship through ups/fed ex when you have it rushed

Yeah it comes like that when expedited and it’s free.

Was your. And legit the same thing happened to me unusual transaction than chime canceled my card than 3 days later I get it through ups? Mines has fiserv and than a phone number on it as well..
