r/farcry  level 1 No. I wish Far Cry games would this even if it was just for singleplayer. Multiple save files and Quick Saves especially. level 1 I don’t understand why they won’t give us multiple save slots. It cannot be difficult. level 1 I wish. They finally gave Assassin's Creed multiple saves again, wished it'd change for Far Cry. Especially as they say no New Game Plus level 2 I never really wanted new game plus that much in 5. New Dawn and Primal have actually been the only Far Cry’s that I’ve wanted new game plus for and they’re the two that Ubisoft will never put it in. Because New Dawn and Primal require so much work in order to get the really good weapons in the game and all I want is to start over with the godly weapons. level 2 I wonder if this is because you can salvage outposts. It seems to be a smaller game by far. Still enjoy it tho. level 1 yeah they fuck you over, i got to a mission cannot pick up an item that is needed to progress cannot leave mission cannot load previous save just stuck waiting for bombs to go off while i try to pick up a fucking key card thats right in front of me level 1 Fuck. Now i have to wait until my brother finishes the game first. :/ Hey all 🙂 I bought New Dawn and I was expecting to be able to save my game at different points in case I wanted to go back, revisit old missions in the game, etc. But... it seems to only have one save slot, in that it either autosaves or you manually save, but you can't have multiple saves? If this isn't possible then perhaps there is a way to download my saves to use later, or maybe in this particular game to revisit old missions, if anyone knows about that. Thanks!

You can go back and replay episodes to change the events, or replay the entire game if you want, but as far as I can tell, there isn't a way to have 2 separate games going at once.
Will starting a new game in Far Cry New Dawn delete the old one?As such, starting a new game will overwrite your existing progress. However, you will will keep any items you previously purchased with Far Cry Credits. When playing on console, you can keep your existing progress by starting a new game on a different console profile.
Can you have more than one saved game in Far Cry 5?Far Cry 5 has one save slot available and your new game will autosave any progress you make into it. If you'd like to preserve the progress from your previous game, we recommend that you make a backup of your save data in a different location before you start a new game.
