(doesn't last for too long though) The first thing I've noticed (besides the cute and nice packaging) is how easily the lip balm melts onto the lips. Softer than butter, and it isn't sticky at all! I've only tried it for 2 days so I can't say if it's softening my lips at all, and my lips are pretty chapped because I live in a really cold and dry area, but I certainly do recommend it!
