Tico The Sloth

Come and see this years feature balloon, Tico the sloth. Designed and crafted by Monahan Airways Ballooning, the concept behind Tico was born from a family conversation around the slow moving animal. A perfect representation and connection to the balloons that move slowly through the air.

Fun Fact: The word ‘Tico’ is what Costa Ricans call themselves, used as a way of living the word means “Pure Life”. Its meaning encourages slowing down and enjoying life, the perfect name for our slow moving friend and a reminder when you see Tico moving (slowly) through the skies, to so slow down and enjoy your surroundings.
