Select Add to Mobile Order or Scan at the Restaurant when presented with the options. If you choose Add to a Mobile Order, proceed to step 3. If you chose, Scan at the Restaurant, a QR code will appear.

How do I place an order on the Chick-fil-A App to pick up in the drive-thru? Choose your desired location, click "mobile order" and select "drive-thru" to place your order for pick-up through the drive-thru. After entering your order and preferred payment method, drive to the restaurant and enter the drive-thru line.
