For one last time, speak to Thalia to receive your final target. The building is located in Houndfield in Old Villedor. Approach the front door of the building and interact with it to open it. It's a single room building filled with books and other resources you can pick up, but when you 'Investigate' one of the books below the TV, you will trigger a scene with some bandits. This will, of course, trigger a fight with the 3 bandits. Take care of them and pick up the book once again.

As Aiden gets down to pick up the book again, he finds a safe combination. Conveniently, the safe is right in the same room and a marker will show the location. The safe code is 21 12 55. Bring back the books to Albert and after some thanks and a declaration to write a book about you, you will get a new side quest called Turning the Page. There are no rewards for this quest and it's just about deciding how you want this story to end, and for that, we will cover that side quest right here.

Speak to Thalia to begin. First, she will begin with a question about the books you brought. She asks how you view yourself, either as a pioneer such as Darwin or a pirate like those in Treasure Island. You can also say that you don't know. Any answer is fine as the outcome is always the same. After the conversation, Thalia will give you a map to her place. Wait for the night to arrive (or sleep through the day) and head to her place.

Inside, Thalia will ask Aiden to stay the night. If you choose "Just this once", Aiden will stay the night and try to slip out in the morning. Thalia catches him and the story ends on a bittersweet note and it is implied that they will never see each other again. If you choose "I can't just forget about the world out there", Aiden will not spend the night and the quest will end right there.

Can you miss Quest in Dying Light 2?

There are quite a few side quests that can be missed as a result of in-game decisions/failing to find them, but I will not be listing them here as I wanted to focus on quests that get locked out due to the main story.

How long is Dying Light 2 with all side quests?

How long does it take to finish Dying Light 2? However, if you are a sidequest completionist, you'll probably come in at around 70-80 hours. And if you go off the deep end with collectibles, challenges, and all of the extra stuff you can do, your hour count should be anywhere from 100 hours up.
