On a brick building with a corner storefront, Athenians will see the black and white Crumbl Cookies logo, which features a whimsical design of a chef. Inside the store there is a vivid brightness, which is partly due to the white interior, but is also due to the large windows that allow the sun to shine in. Located in the Beechwood Shopping Center, Crumbl Cookies officially opened the doors in late May. The menu consists of cookies, ice cream and milk. However, there is a twist: each week the menu rotates with four or five new specialty cookies to choose from. But for those who like consistency, the classic chocolate chip cookie is always available. Customers can order a single cookie or they can choose from the four-pack, six-pack or party box (12 cookies). I ordered a six-pack box, which contained a milk chocolate chip cookie, original cookie featuring M&M’s candies, peanut butter cup cookie featuring Reese’s, peach sugar cookie featuring Peachie O’s, classic krispy bar cookie and caramel shortbread cookie featuring Twix. Each cookie has something unique to offer. The cookies are large in diameter, and six of these cookies are enough for about three people or more. Milk chocolate chip cookieThis cookie is for the person who loves the classics. Biting into this cookie was delightful because the texture was thick and the flavor was rich, not to mention that the chocolate chips were gooey because it was fresh out of the oven. Crumbl Cookies knows how to nail down this classic. Original cookie featuring M&M’s candiesThis cookie is for the chocolate chip lovers that want a little twist. For those who love M&M’s this is a good choice, but the chocolate chip cookie has a slightly better texture because of the gooey chocolate chips. M&M’s do not melt as easily and make for a slightly more crunchy cookie. Peanut butter cup cookie featuring Reese’sThis cookie is for Reese’s lovers (or for anyone who loves a good chocolate-peanut butter combination). The peanut butter batter for this cookie makes it gooey and delightful, so much so that the cookie was falling apart. The peanut butter topping with the Reese’s crumbled on top complimented the cookie well. This one can get messy, so be prepared. Peach sugar cookie featuring Peachie O’sThis cookie is for the person who wants to try something new. This was the most unique cookie on the menu. The Peachie O was a nice garnish, and the peach cookie itself felt like a sugar cookie dressed with a hint of peach, which was surprisingly refreshing. Classic krispy bar cookieThis is the cookie that is not necessarily a cookie. This cookie is more similar to a Rice Krispies Treat than anything else. Surprisingly, this cookie was not as sweet and gooey as anticipated, and actually seemed like it tasted better the second day. Caramel shortbread cookie featuring TwixThis cookie is for the caramel fanatics. Although the caramel topping was a bit much for my personal taste, this cookie seems like it would be delicious to someone who loves caramel. However, the chocolate topping was hardened on top of the caramel, which made it more difficult to eat. HOLY FUCK I JUST LOOKED IT UP, MY AREAS PRICES ARE A LOT MORE. 1 - 4.78 4 - 15.58 6 - 23.98 12- 40.78 And a credit card fee? Fuck off. I’m gonna buy the big box with all my rewards collected so far as a big fat last hurrah. I don’t care if they bring in “unicorn milk” flavor, nothing can bring me back unless they get rid of the dumb credit card fee and bring all the prices back DOWN. They really don’t know how to keep people coming. Are Crumbl cookies worth it?I am crazy for peanut butter and this cookie had a subtle, yet yummy, peanut butter taste! Along with the subtle hint of peanut butter goodness, the cookie had delicious chocolate cream on top to accompany it. The cream tasted like chocolate box cake batter and it was delicious! Overall, this cookie gets a 10!
