A new feature on TikTok called “auto-sync” basically edits your videos for you – and all you need are the clips you want to use already recorded on your phone. Here’s how it works: First, press the plus sign to upload a new video. Then choose “upload” and select all the clips you want to use. Once you bring in the new clips, they will automatically sync to the song you choose. But don’t worry, if you change your mind about the song later, you can always resync the clips. You can also edit individual clips and move them around in the “sync sound” menu. Once you’re happy with the auto-sync, click next and add filters, voiceovers, text, or anything else you want before posting your TikTok video. So go ahead and give it a try – your friends will be impressed with your editing skills!
