How to make HUD smaller in Minecraft bedrock

Q: How do I resize my HUD in Minecraft?

First go the menu by pressing esc”.

There used to be a setting where you can change the GUI scale to small, now there's only two options. Either big or slightly less big(0,-1), it's annoying and I have to change my entire play style because of it.

Maybe try resetting your video settings to fix the problem.

I have, there's only two settings you can change it to 0 or -1. There isnt anything smaller than that.

This based upon your resolution of your device for example: a 1600x900 screen would only have the settings to 0 or -1.

im using the change screen safe area setting to make the ui smaller and look more like the ui size 2 on java but its weird having the hotbar a bit up

My minecraft GUI scale from setting is not there
Like there's literally nothing
It's missing from setting
Idk why pls can someone help me
Or any mod maker that can fix it:(

Same I've seen videos of people changing it but it's just not there for me and for some reason it decided to go to the smallest option

How do I resize my HUD in Minecraft?

First go the menu by pressing “esc”.

Then click on “Options”.

Then click on “Video Settings”.

Now you can customize your GUI or HUD scale depending on what you want by clicking on “GUI Scale”.

Now you can make it as small as this..

Or as large as this..

I personally find GUI scale set at 6 to be optimal..

How do you shrink the border on bedrock?

To reset the world border size, set sizeInBlocks to 59,999,968. The border still grows or shrinks and the animation displays even if the game is paused.
