If youre replaying a heist, you just have to call Lester and select your heist. For Doomsday, you just gotta go to your facility, pay the set up cost and then youll be able to start it again.

Hey so I heard that we can replay each heist? I've only done the first one. Is there a way I can access it again without being invited?

The update said calling lester you can request a heist to replay them.
i don't know if that's only after they're complete or what. I'd check but I can't get on right now

Yeah there's an option under Lester to replay a heist and supposedly after you complete them all you can launch them from the heist board in your apartment.
