Well ... there is few thing to say, or nothing at all.
The good part is: the art is in the lower mediocre range. That's it.

The story is ... a chunibyo festival. Some random spineless dude, straight out of a black company, is transported somewhere in a fantasy like world and and has of course some cheat skills granted, nothing new. But with his skills he can make equipment which have cheat skills them self, granting these of course the dude. Didn't see this coming.
For example he can create a Rocking Chair of Super Comfort (Class A+) with build-in grandmother (S+) which has cookies and milk (S+) ready and read good-night stories (S).
Or the Reusable Toilet Paper of Heavenly Softness (A+) which can clean everything, even your straight intestine (S+) and make your hemorrhoids regress (S+). And many more, more useful, things.

On the 2nd day as an adventurer he kills by accident a "pack" of 2048 male Lonely Wolfs and 1 female Lonely Wolf. Guess the male Lone Wolfs were not that lonely but the females ... *ohhhhh* so sad. But you know the timid Japanese black company worker: once iskeai-ed they slaughter every Lonely Wolf they find and many more.
2 weeks after being isekai-ed he find a functioning and fully operational underground "ruins" of a ancient civilization wich where destroyed by a "Calamity" (a Black Dragon) 4000 years ago. Of course he is now the master of this marvel of magical super technology. He got there also some super equipment wich he repairs and upgrades (yep, upgrades. why not?). Like "Dragon God's Suspensorium (S+ used)" (or was it "Dragon God's Shield"? Well, who cares?) or the "Dragon God's Super Chuni Sword". And the cute girl he is with (naturally a cute girl, it's an Isekai) has some super mighty gem ready for him. Because in her clan, since 4000 years, special cute girls, like she, tried to deliver this gem to him. Obviously this task could only work in the last 2 weeks or so. Duh!

The ancient civilization was destroyed because there was this reality serial show on their Net-Hyper-Flix with the title "Important things we forgot to do" and nobody gave a shit about outside of the TV. 3 seconds and one Atomic Black Dragon later the show was canceled together with the ancient super civilization. So he has now more S+ and SSSSS class equipment and more skills. Of course everyone else has maximal 3 skills and they never change after the birth. But our black company worker is different (Well, it's an Isekai. Duh!).

But back on track: 2-3 days later (not even 3 weeks after being isekai-ed) in chapter 15 he defeat the
spontaneously resurrected Black Dragon Calamity (the one which destroyed the ancient civilization) and have this Dragon now as his summoning pet. Now he can play "fetch" in the park with his pet. So by chapter 16 he gets the girl (OK, holding hands only) and the manga can be now axe-ed.
Man, talking about fast development ... holding hands in chapter 16, wow dude.

I'm guessing that the comedy part is the claim that this manga has a real story, I hope this comment helps prevent that somebody reads this ... manga.
