Is punky color better than Manic Panic?Punky lasts longer than Directions, much longer than Manic Panic, but not as long as Special Effects.
Do you put punky color on wet or dry hair?2 answers. If you use this on dry hair it may suck up more color and thus be more pigmented. I would only use it on dry hair if you want more color payoff. I believe the directions advise you to shampoo it into wet hair, so I would follow the directions.
