Have you powerpassed a different character already? It seems thats what causes it, if you have already obtained it on one, and powerpassed another.

It could also be that completing other quests prior to this one moves the Payla npc from her normal spot, making it unable to be turned in. I have the same issue.

? Land of the Fairies quest (yellow)- LF Spoiler

Objective: Inform Payla of the beast's real identity.

Description: Payla requested I heard to the Fairy Village. With no idea where it was. I needed to ask passing adventurers for directions.

No tip is provided on the map. I have searched this map all over, and can only guess it is Rapport blocked until you reach a certain level with Payla. Has anyone been able to figure it out?

I accidentally abandoned the land of fairies quest, is there any way i can get it back??

You'll need to find the npc that starts the quest and start from the beginning.

Where is the fairy in Lost Ark?

The quest will start on Lullaby Island after speaking to Traveler Eclipse. She will tell you that might be a fairy hidden somewhere on Lullaby Island. Before you begin finding the fairy, make sure to acquire the sheet music Song of Resonance from Peyto. You will need it for later on in the questline.
