Rapper Lil Kim is responding to 50 Cent’s ‘Owl meme’ of her while defending her husband, Mr. Papers’s decision to speak up.

The BET Awards 2021 saw several personalities together. Amid this, rapper 50 Cent had some views about Lil Kim’s choice of attire, and without holding it back, he decided to share his view. However, Lil Kim did not hesitate to respond to it, and neither did her husband.

Lil Kim talks about husband Mr. Papers

In an Instagram post, Lil Kim defended her husband’s decision to come to her defense. Mr. Papers, whose real name is Jeremy Neil, is a rapper who became a prominent figure in 1990s.

Mr. Papers was associated with  Junior MAFIA, which also consisted of The Notorious BIG. Over the years, he has made a name for himself in the industry. He is also the father of Lil Kim’s child, Royal Reign Jones Neil.

While his relationship with Lil Kim was the talk of the town, Mr. Papers was unhappy that people just knew him for that. Speaking to HipHopDX, he said: “Before [dating Kim] I was the man, and after that situation, I’m the man. Before anybody, not just particularly my baby’s moms. I don’t mean that in a bad way, but people don’t realize how hard I work. I’ve always been a hustler and made things happen. I am a man and a father, so I do whatever it takes to feed my kids.”

Despite this, he did not hesitate to stand up for her. It is unclear when the two got married.

50 Cent’s owl meme post explored

On June 30, 50 Cent had reacted to Lil Kim’s dress that she chose to wore for her BET Awards 2021 performance. Sharing a picture of an owl, 50 Cent wrote: “who did this shit. This ain’t right. LOL catch FOR LIFE on IMDb Tv now !”

The rapper deleted his Instagram post after receiving backlash for same. However, Mr. Papers had saw the post before and decided to comment on the same.

He wrote: “Leave my wife out the jokes you heard.” 50 Cent has not responded to this yet.

Lil Kim responds in Instagram post

After 50 Cent posted the picture, Lil Kim decided to respond to it on Instagram. She wrote: “The accuracy. Hilarious. I ain’t bothered not one bit. My family & friends more mad than me.”

At the same time, Lil Kim revealed 50 Cent had once asked her on a date. The rapper wrote: “I see u still in ur feels about that dinner date u asked me on that I had to turn down. Let it go u have a beautiful girlfriend, I have a loving husband. Let it go.”

Lil Kim also defended her husband as she said: “And for those of u coming at my husband, Mr. Papers, he did real n***a shit. What a husband is suppose to do.”

Fif dropped over 50 pounds for the 2011 role, resulting in his thin frame becoming the subject of Mr. Paper's jokes after 50 Cent trolled Kim.

He may have deleted his post about Lil Kim, but 50 Cent is feeling the wrath of Mr. Papers. Fif has often cracked jokes at the expense of his peers, but Lil Kim has made it clear that she does not appreciate his antics. Back in July, 50 Cent shared a meme about the pint-size Rap icon, and she quickly reacted, suggesting that he has been in his feelings after she rejected him years ago.

That exchange did not keep the Power mogul from targeting Lil Kim once again and this time, she once again didn't hold back. "Can we say obsessed with Kimmie much... Keep 'em coming boo boo only let's me know I'm on ur brain 24/7 I love it!"

She also added, "Get off my p*ssy Curtis... P.S. why do I feel like im in a lesbian quarrel didn't know I had a girlfriend named Curtis... somebody crushin hard we'll get thru this babes."

Now, Kim's "husband" Mr. Papers has entered the chat with a few jabs of his own. He shared images from All Things Fall Apart, the 2011 film starring Fif. At the time, 50 Cent dropped over 50 pounds for the role and over the years, it has been the go-to joke for the Rap mogul's foes.

"Old man lost all that weight for nothing [popcorn emoji]," Mr. Papers wrote in the caption to a meme that reads, "Remember when 50 cent loss all that weight to play a cancer patient and STILL nobody saw the movie." He wasn't quite finished, because Papers also uploaded a scene where Fif's character, Deon, was having a heart-to-heart moment with Bee, portrayed by legendary actress Lynn Whitfield. In the clip, Deon is seen crying about his illness.
