Police confirmed that a motorcyclist was traveling in the area when it was suddenly struck by a Toyota Tundra due to reasons that are still under investigation. The motorcycle was left with extensive damages in the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and several other local responders were called to the scene to help those in need. The biker, who has since been identified as 72-year-old Charles Moore, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene due to traumatic injuries. Bulloch County officials confirmed that the accident happened at 10 a.m. at the intersection of GA-80 and Cody Lane. A female was riding on a scooter-style motorcycle at the intersection when it was struck by a pickup truck due to reasons that are not fully known.
