How to Set Up a Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons Server

Server-Installation

1. 1. Navigate to the Apex Server Panel, then turn off the server.
   2. Scroll to the “JAR File” section, then open the dropdown.
   3. Search for “Roguelike”, then select “Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons”.
      

   4. It is recommended to generate a new world when prompted, then restart the server.

    

   Client Installation

   1. Download the Official CurseForge Launcher.
   2. Go to “Browse Modpacks”, then search for “Roguelike”.
   3. Select “Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons”, then press “Install”.
   4. Return to the “My Modpacks” section, then press “play” to launch the game.

   Modpack is continuation of my previous pack Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons 2 is an official spiritual successor of well-known Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons modpack inspired by many RPG, roguelike, roguelite and dungeon-delving games and modpacks. It's an exploration based modpack with over 250 mods, 100+ new biomes, 12+ dimensions and dozens of new dungeons to delve and loot, ground or flying structures to find and bosses to fight. Level up skills; find new better equipment, relics or trinkets; build and decorate your base and go exploring to find a lot of new interesting! Everyone can find something for themselves in this modpack. Progressive difficulty and scaling mobs with different attributes forces you to always be in shape in terms of equipment and skill. There are also a lot of option to gain more health to compensate.

   Roguelike Adventures and Dungeons is built to encourage adventuring and progress, with an emphasis on randomization and a scale of difficulty.

   Establish a Base

   You can use the starter blueprint in your inventory to put down a base at the start. This will give you starting supplies, a bed, and you can always steal from your own base if you don’t plan to stay at that location long term.

   Sample food, start farming

   As you adventure, you will find various edibles via Pam’s Harvestcraft, Cyclic, and countless other mods. If you hover over an item and it notes you have not tried it before, take a bite. Every time you bite a food, you get a chance at a max heart +1. Pam’s harvestcraft requires you to farm to get the greater food types, and the investment is rewarding due to max heart bonuses.

   To assist with farming, Make a Water Sprinkler from @Extra Utilities, this is simple to make and will let you accellerate crafting any ingredient.

   Get a cow farm, make a backpack

   Inventory is immediately going to be an issue for you, and @Improved Backpacks is there to help along the way.
