 5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful color! I really love this color. Red is a very hard color to maintain, so I have a few tips. If you have longer hair, buy two boxes and doling be afraid to really saturate every strand. Keep your hair capped up while it’s processing- if it goes dry, the color doesn’t take. I also use a color pigmented clenditioner in copper and don’t shampoo. Shampoo and your red is gone in two weeks tops. I rinsed until the water was a lighter red, washed w shampoo then used the conditioner (didn’t towel dry bc my hair is thick). I tried raven black this time on my dark brown hair and it’s like a dark brown with a red tint, which doesn’t bother me, but I’ll go back to sapphire black to help get the red tones out of my hair. I just feel like the blue black doesn’t last as long for the gray coverage. But overall I really like this brand of hair dye. I have always had horrible luck with box color. Could not get the red tint out of my hair even when I went to a salon. 5.0 out of 5 stars Love this colour! Reviewed in Canada 🇨🇦 on January 24, 2022 My hair has been dyed black and rarely allows any colour to show on top. My roots definitely take this colour well, but it blends nicely as it’s still dark. The red really pops, just know you’re in for a mess with the rinsing but that’s any hair dye colour.
