Dr. Tobias "Toby" Merriweather Quinn-Curtis (b.1982) and Happy Quinn-Curtis (born 1988) got married in fractured, their wedding was derailed by a case that kept Happy, Walter, Cabe and Sylvester in east lake Wyoming because a lighting strike set fire to an underground coal seam. However Paige organizes an impromptu wedding in the Parking lot of Kavelskis. The wedding was attending by only the members of Scorpion. Toby was portrayed by Eddie Kaye Thomas and Happy was portrayed by Jadyn Wong.

Their first kiss was in Once Bitten, Twice Die.
Happy and Toby bet on paper planes and the wager is whether or not they go on a date or not, in episode Young Hearts Spark Fire.
In the same episode Toby says, "I'm the gambling expert, we be dating."
In Crossroads, Toby gets anxious before their first date and misses it. Because of this Happy decides that dating Toby is not a good idea.
In Dam Breakthrough, Happy gets pulled into a water pipe at a dam and Toby tries to jump into save her, however Cabe Gallo stops him as the pipe leads to a turbine, Toby gets extremely upset when she falls in and shows how much he cares for her.
Also, in Dam Breakthrough, Happy decides that because of her near-death experience she should live life now. Toby kisses her and they show signs of starting to date again after a year.
At the end of Fractured, it shows Toby telling Walter that he is the happiest he has ever been. After Walter leaves Toby's apartment, Happy is revealed to be inside. Happy asks Toby if he meant what he said about how he's the happiest he's ever been. He tells her it's the truth, and they kiss.
In Adaptation, Toby and Walter are in therapy and Toby lets it slip that they are dating.
In Toby or Not Toby, Toby is kidnapped by Mark Collins. Mark lets Happy know that Toby was going to propose. Happy saves Toby.
When Toby Proposes he is rejected by Happy due to the fact she is already married.
Happy is married to Walter O'Brien so that he can get his United States citizenship. Although, when Happy discovers she's pregnant, she tells Walter they need to get divorced as quickly as possible.

Their honeymoon gets derailed by a plane crash on the way to a case they were planning to use as their honeymoon in Scorp Family Robinson.
They find out that they can't have children naturally in Nerd, Wind & Fire because Toby has Sertoli cell-only syndrome.
They continue to try and have kids throughout Season 4.
They agree to adopt a child in A Lie in the Sand.

Scorpion, Scorpion season 1 review March 10, 2015

If you have been wondering what’s going on with Happy and Toby on “Scorpion” now that they shared a small intimate moment together, you are not alone. Tonight we will have some movement on their romance.

Happy is feeling weird around Toby after they held hands and almost kissed on Valentine’s day – more so because he is touching her affectionately like a hand on the back or brushing a leaf out of her hair. She’s pulling back, but Toby feels that the door is open at least it’s open a crack, but a crack is all Toby needs and he’s going to push that door all the way open if he can.

Being around the geniuses has inspired Paige to go back and finish her degree. She is taking world history and has written a 25 page report on the president of a country the team is going to work with – unfortunately no one is listening to her and no one is reading her report. When they get to the negotiations, they go badly. Although Paige is able to step in and stop some of the fighting by suggesting they share a drink, the drink is poisoned and the president is in critical condition. Of course they can find an antidote and save the day, but it involved Walter getting bitten by a poisonous snake and confessing to Paige that he regrets not taking her to dinner on Valentine’s day.

It was interesting to learn that Cabe is keeping a big secret from Walter and it involves the software he created for Cabe when he was younger. This is obviously going to be a big story to come out this season and we can’t wait since Cabe doesn’t get enough screen time. Also watching Happy take Toby to the back of the garage and kiss him made our hearts sing! Episode grade: B-
