Home Banking

Home Banking offers you the ability to access your account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week for balance inquiries, transaction history, and to transfer funds within the same account numbers. The service is safe and secure; and our members absolutely love it! Home Banking is our online portal to other products such as:

Draft Imaging — Check image viewing gives youthe ability to view scanned images of your cleared checks online.
E-Statements — E- Statements will allow you to view your statements online. E-Statements are safer, more secure and more convenient than paper statements, and you will receive them much quicker than traditional paper statements.

To sign up for Home Banking, click on the Home Banking link to enroll. Once you are set up for Home Banking, you can access it directly from the home page of our website.

New Security Features

What is the new security feature?

Users of Internet Suite have always authenticated themselves to gain access. From now on, Internet Suite will reciprocate and will also authenticate itself to you.

You will know with every certainty that you are visiting Internet Suite because you will be presented a graphic and phrase each time you logon to Sewerage and Water Board Employees FCU.

Has my password changed?

No. The answer you provide to the "challenge question" is separate from your regular Internet Suite login password.

A User ID and Password is required to log in to our services. Services are provided through a secure connection. If you have difficulty click the Forgot your password link, call Sewerage & Water Board Employees FCU at 504-585-2008 or email us at -DO NOT send personally identifying information (i.e. Acct #, SS #, etc) in your email.
