Web Design by Gravity Works PHYSICALS @ SSC ~ July 13th: The MHSAA physical form are attached below. Sterling Area Health Center will be offering PHYSICALS at SSC on July 13th from 9:00a-4:00p. You must make an appointment by calling the Athletic office at 989-846-3644. Cost $20.00 and can be paid in cash or check only. A parent/legal guardian must attend with the athlete in case of any medical questions or issues. The physical form will need to be filled out completely before seeing a medical person (form below). Please wear athletic type clothing that is loose fitting. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For all playoff games in every sport, you will need to purchase tickets through GoFan per MHSAA. https://gofan.co Search school: type in your school name A list of event(s) will come up: select the event you need tickets for Click on ‘get tickets’ Choose the number of tickets you want to purchase, then click on ‘buy now’ It will ask you to sign in or be a guest purchaser If a guest purchaser, enter your information and select ‘$14.00’ (the amount you will be paying’). You can create an account at this time also, for future use. After the purchase is complete, select ‘view’ ticket(s) to manage or transfer your tickets.
