When the series The Summer I Turned Pretty was released on Amazon’s Prime Video this past June, the world practically went into a frenzy. One summer, two brothers and one girl just trying to navigate love, heartbreak and adolescence… Viewers just can’t seem to get enough.

Based on the book series by Jenny Han, the good news is that The Summer I Turned Pretty been renewed for Season 2, meaning there’s plenty more summery goodness to go. The bad news? It’s going to be a while before we get to see Belly, Conrad and Jeremiah again. 'Heartstopper'

The title is exactly what this Netflix series embodies. With just one season, Heartstopper has taken the world by storm. Reserved student Charlie (Joe Locke) develops a crush on the jock of the school Nick (Kit Connor), but is hesitant to pursue anything because he doesn’t think he has a shot. But through several interactions and hangouts, Nick grows an attraction for Charlie, and eventually it intensifies. Faced with the eyes of their friends and pressure from the outside world, the two must decide whether or not their love is worth it.

'High School Musical: The Musical: The Series’

With 2 seasons out and a new (summer set!) one on the way, this series stars overnight pop sensation, Olivia Rodrigo and the supposed inspiration for her hit single Driver’s License, Joshua Bassett, as they step into the roles of Nini and Richard—basically the iconic Troy and Gabriella. While trying to put on the best musical performance of their lives, relationships are tested, old friendships are rekindled and rivalries are formed. It’s corny on another level, but hey, so is love.

‘Never Have I Ever’

Created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher, Never Have I Ever, a comedic coming of age story, follows a first generation Indian-American teenager as she tries to discover who she truly is. The only issue is she’s stuck between the two worlds of being a modern day adolescent, and the kid of traditional Indian parents. If that wasn’t enough, she’s caught the attention of a jock — and her arch nemesis. Hmm.. Decisions, decisions. Complicated, but relatable, this Netflix series is a must watch.

'Emily in Paris’

After being hired for her dream job as a marketing executive in Paris, Chicago native Emily Cooper (Lily Collins) packs up her life in the states thinking she’s in for a smooth ride. Welp, she was wrong. Faced with a language barrier and stuck-up co-workers, Emily has to find a way to showcase her artistry. Not to mention, she’s in the city of love. While trying to balance the chaos of work, she finds herself sandwiched in between French Chef Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) and British Banker Alfie (Lucien Laviscount). Emily in Paris is one romantic comedy that is worth the binge.

‘Outer Banks’

“The Outer Banks. Paradise on earth.” More like hell on earth. Poor kid (called a “pogue”) John B. (Chase Stokes) is determined to find his father after he mysteriously vanished, and with the help of his three friends, that search turns into a never ending treasure hunt. On the other side of the island lies the “kooks,” who are swimming in money. Pogues and kooks are a recipe for disaster, but that doesn’t stop John B. from pursuing Sarah Cameron (Madelyn Cline), basically the queen of the kooks. Treasure hunts, search parties, love triangles… Outer Banks is a series that keeps you on your toes.

'Dawson's Creek'

‘Summertime’
